Liberton Association Litter-Picking Group – Volunteers Wanted!

The Association would like to establish a litter-picking group to meet monthly for a targeted clean-up of an area within Liberton. We are hoping to meet on Saturdays, or any other day that is most convenient to the group, probably the first or second weekday of each month. There is no commitment to attend every month, but we’d like to get some idea of numbers, so that we have appropriate numbers of bin bags, litter pickers etc. We hope to arrange pick-ups of litter collected by the Council’s waste teams to make sure collected litter/fly-tipping is cleared promptly.
